The winner will receive a $50 USD prize, which must be claimed within 15 days of notification, subject to our terms. While non-winning entries remain the property of participants, the winning name grants us exclusive rights for its use. Rest assured, personal information will be used only for contest purposes, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Although we take every measure to ensure a smooth process, we are not liable for technical issues, disputes, or losses related to participation. Governed by Turkish law, the contest may be modified or terminated at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By participating in the Starrish Media Brand Name Contest ("Contest"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Starrish Media ("Organizer") reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible.

Participants must provide accurate and complete information in the submission form.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on February 11, 2025, and continues indefinitely until the Organizer announces its termination.

4. How to Enter

Participants must submit their proposed brand name through the designated online form.

Each participant may submit up to 50 entries.

Submitted names must be original, creative, and relevant to the business.

5. Selection of Winner

The Organizer will evaluate all valid entries based on creativity, relevance, and uniqueness.

The winning entry will be selected by a panel of judges and/or a private voting system.

The Organizer’s decision regarding the winner is final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer reserves the right to not select a winner if no entry meets its criteria.

6. Prize

The winner will receive $50 USD (convertible to local currency).

If the cost of delivering the prize exceeds $5 USD, the Organizer may replace it with another prize of equivalent or lesser value.

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

If the winner fails to claim the prize within 15 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to reallocate, withdraw, or cancel the prize.

The Organizer may revoke or modify the prize structure at any time without liability.

The prize will be paid once the new brand is successfully established. The Organizer will communicate updates regarding the brand establishment and anticipated timelines for prize disbursement.

Additional Winner Benefit: The winner will also receive a 20% discount on all orders placed with the Organizer and the newly established brand. This discount is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date the brand is officially launched. The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to set reasonable terms and conditions on the usage of the discount, including but not limited to purchase limits, eligible products/services, and restrictions on resale. If the brand ceases operations within the validity period, the Organizer bears no further obligation regarding the discount.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting an entry, participants agree that the Organizer gains exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use, modify, and register the winning name as a trademark or business name.

All other submitted names remain the intellectual property of their respective participants, and the Organizer will not use, modify, or claim ownership of them.

Participants confirm that their submission does not infringe any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.

The Organizer is not liable for any legal disputes arising from intellectual property claims against the submitted names.

8. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

The submitted name is found to be plagiarized, offensive, or legally problematic.

The participant provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

The participant engages in fraudulent, unethical, or disruptive conduct.

The participant attempts to manipulate the selection process.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest.

The Organizer may use participant details (excluding personally identifiable information) for promotional purposes.

The Organizer will not share personal details with third parties unless legally required or necessary to fulfill contest obligations.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The Organizer is not responsible for:
- Technical failures, lost entries, or disruptions affecting participation.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or miscommunications regarding the Contest.
- Any losses, damages, or legal disputes related to participation or prize acceptance.

By entering, participants agree to release the Organizer from all liabilities related to the Contest.

11. Amendments & Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be communicated through the Organizer’s official channels.

Participants have no legal recourse against modifications or cancellations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The Contest is governed by the laws of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Turkey.

Participants waive any rights to class-action lawsuits or alternative dispute resolution outside of Turkey.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
