Welcome to your dashboard!

With the dashboard, you can easily make changes to your website.

To create a new post, click on the “Posts” tab on the left-hand side menu. Then, click on the “Add New” button at the top. You’ll be taken to the post editor where you can enter your content, add media, and customize your post.

You can extend your website with plugins. To install a plugin, go to the “Plugins” tab on the left-hand side menu. Then, select “Add New.” You can search for a plugin or upload one from your computer. Once you find a plugin you want to install, click the “Install Now” button, and then click “Activate” to activate the plugin.

Installing popular plugins is usually straightforward, but it’s important to think about a few things before installing one:

  1. Performance Impact: Plugins can slow down your website’s loading time.
  2. Compatibility Issues: Plugins may conflict with each other or your WordPress theme.
  3. Security Vulnerabilities: Poorly coded or outdated plugins can pose security risks.
  4. Dependence on Developers: You rely on plugin developers for updates and support.
  5. Plugin Bloat: Too many plugins can overload your site with unnecessary features.
  6. Learning Curve: Managing multiple plugins increases complexity.
  7. Impact on Upgrades: Plugins may not be immediately compatible with new WordPress versions.

To customize your website’s appearance, go to the “Appearance” tab on the left-hand side menu. From there, you can access the “Customize” option, which allows you to modify various aspects of your site, such as the theme settings, colors, header, background, and more.

Your website might be using Elementor’s appearance settings. In that case, navigate to the Elementor section and choose either “Templates” or “Pages.” From there, select the specific page you wish to edit. Upon entering the Elementor editor, take advantage of the intuitive drag-and-drop functionality to make desired modifications to your website’s content, layout, and design. After making the changes, preview them to ensure they meet your expectations, and finally, click “Update” or “Publish” to save the edited version of your website.

To create a new page, click on the “Pages” tab on the left-hand side menu. Then, click on the “Add New” button at the top. You’ll be taken to the page editor, where you can enter your content and customize the page.

To change your website’s settings, click on the “Settings” tab on the left-hand side menu. There, you can modify various settings related to your site, such as general settings, reading settings, writing settings, discussion settings, and more.

Posts are for dynamic content like blog entries, while pages are for static content like About or Contact pages.

While editing a page, locate the “Visibility” option and choose “Password protected.”
